5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso

All transactions on nustarcasino — including deposits, withdrawals, bets, and prize credits — are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Players are responsible for ensuring that their preferred payment method is valid and supports transactions in PHP.

Deposits are generally processed promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment channel used. nustarcasino reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, provision of false information during registration, underage access, or failure to meet verification requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any funds held in the account will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
